Job summary

Christian Leadership Alliance in Warren, MI seeks a campus ministry coordinator to support the spiritual life of students. Under supervision of the Principal, you will foster a welcoming, faith-centered atmosphere and work closely with school leadership, theology faculty, and the chaplain to coordinate liturgies and retreats.

• Prior experience working with youth in high school.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming Christian hospitality environment for all.
• Maintain regular communication with school personnel about campus ministry activities.
• Collaborate with Administration, Theology department, and school chaplain.
• Coordinate liturgies and sacramental needs, including school Masses.
• Assist in planning Christian Service Projects for all students.
• Plan and supervise day-long and overnight retreats (Kairos).

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Principal, this position aids in creating an environment which tends to the spiritual needs of the students.

• Assist in planning Christian Service Projects for all.
• Planning and supervision of both day long and overnight retreats (KAIROS).

A Bachelor's degree in Theology, Pastoral/Religious Studies.Prior experience working with youth in high school.Has or working toward a Religion Certification.Be a practicing Catholic with an active sacramental and faith-life and in good standing with the Church. Must have completed Protecting God's Children Certification.
