Qualifications

• Firm belief in Jesus Christ as understood through Protestant theology.
• At least two years of camp and retreat program management experience.
• Physically able to travel the trails and roads connecting program elements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train summer staff.
• Schedule and supervise residential and day camps.
• Develop budget for Pyoca programs.
• Design and implement marketing strategies for events.
