Herzl Camp in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Director of Programming to lead design, development, and delivery of programming across specialty areas. This year-round role blends creativity with hands-on execution, from envisioning camp-wide events to detailed execution.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning off-season programming and budgeting, and building strong relationships with campers, parents, and staff. Extensive leadership in residential camp settings is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential camping or related youth work.
• Experience designing and running group programming for children and teens.

Responsabilidades

• Design engaging, high-quality summer programs reflecting camper interests and mission.
• Create standards of excellence and curriculum for each specialty area.
