We’re on a mission to grow and we’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and people-first Director of Business Development to help us expand across the Pennsylvania market. This is a remote role with 50% local and overnight travel required. You’ll serve as the face of Dript in your region, owning business development, client onboarding, census growth, and long-term relationship management.

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role ideal for someone with strong healthcare business development experience (particularly in long-term care or wellness services) who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and territory growth in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Be a natural relationship builder with a consultative and strategic approach to client management.
  • Have experience in long-term care (LTC), IV therapy, or wellness services (preferred).
  • Be comfortable traveling frequently (50%) for client meetings, site visits, and onboarding support.
  • Bring a high level of organization, initiative, and leadership, with a passion for delivering results.
  • Be a team player looking for a long-term opportunity in a mission-driven, growth-focused company.
  • Be proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Pennsylvania.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.
  • Support new client onboarding with customized rollout plans that ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.
  • Create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each facility or partner.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during and after onboarding, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor census performance, and provide guidance on optimization.
  • Coordinate clinic calendars, facility communications, and physician engagement strategies.
  • Be comfortable engaging with and present to C-Suite Level Executives
  • Provide strategic data and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Market Development & Operations
  • Understand and analyze regional market trends to inform strategy and expansion.
  • Maintain a detailed “book of business” and continuously cultivate new and existing contacts.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and operational teams to identify and solve barriers to growth.
  • Present data at QAPI meetings and provide reports to internal leadership.
