From premium floor fixtures to interactive in-aisle solutions, our work helps the biggest CPG brands move product in retail environments across the country. We’re looking for a senior-level sales pro to help drive growth in our Permanent Display Division, reporting directly to industry leader Rik Ports.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a strategic prospecting plan by creating a hit list, cold calling, and booking meetings with key brand and retail decision-makers
  • Own and close new business opportunities for permanent displays across mass, club, grocery, and specialty retail channels
  • Partner with internal design, sourcing, and project teams to develop and deliver best-in-class retail display programs
  • Sell across a wide range of materials and formats, including wood, metal, acrylic, LED lighting, digital screens, printed graphics, and motion-enabled elements
  • Understand timelines, budgets, and retail compliance requirements to deliver retail-ready solutions
  • Stay sharp on emerging trends in merchandising, shopper engagement, and display innovation

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in permanent displays, retail fixtures, POP marketing, or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods, including wood, metal, acrylic, glass, sintra, MDF, and digital technology
  • Comfortable pitching concepts that include integrated screens, monitors, lighting, or motion
  • Strong track record of building pipelines, managing long sales cycles, and consistently closing deals
  • Clear communicator, self-starter, and natural closer
