Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Temple, TX is seeking a Sales leader to direct the planning and execution of the home health services sales process.

You will be responsible for achieving budgeted admission activity within the designated territory and collaborating with care teams to deliver high-quality care that meets patient needs. The role offers strong growth opportunities within a nationally recognized provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device.
• Experience in home health or Medicare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs the planning and implementation of the sales process. Responsible for achieving budgeted admission activity for specified territory.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance, extensive related field experience, or be a licensed professional with extensive related field experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications is preferred.
• Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
