Job Responsibility:

Cadent Sourcing is partnering with a rapidly growing AI technology company, based in Dublin. They provide software solutions for both non-clinical and clinical Pathology.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join their growing team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Higher in a relevant scientific field.
  • 3 + years of Business Development/Sales Experience in the USA in the healthcare services industry (pathology, laboratory etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience with USA healthcare regulations and requirements including CAP, CLIA and State regulations.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales with solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
Travel Requirements
  • Candidate must hold a valid Passport and Full, clean Driver's license.
  • Candidate will be required to travel to represent the company at Customer locations, Trade Exhibitions, and promotional events within the USA region (50%+Travel Time).
  • Ability to undertake travel to international training events and conferences as required.
The Role:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in US regions to establish a customer base.
  • Take a lead role in developing proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices.
  • Act as the regional market advisor to broader business.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline by targets.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals.
  • Introducing new product / service developments to prospective clients.
  • Act as company representative at regional and global trade shows, conferences, and events.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, Schedule: Monday to Friday, Travel requirement: Up to 50% travel, Work Location: Remote
