Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on clinical services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their clinical development challenges.
  • Lead the sales process, including team coordination, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with proposal and operations teams to finalize strategies and pricing for client engagements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms and address concerns proactively.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and establish new client connections.

Job Requirements
