Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on clinical services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their clinical development challenges.
- Lead the sales process, including team coordination, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with proposal and operations teams to finalize strategies and pricing for client engagements.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms and address concerns proactively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the CRO or healthcare services industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to sell clinical services to biotech clients effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Experience working with small to mid-size biotech organizations preferred.
