*We are searching for an organized and experienced healthcare Community Liaison/Business Development Representative with the ability to develop business and build census in a Skilled Nursing environment. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker preferably with established relationships within the healthcare community of the Bay Area. As Director of Business Development you will be expected to act as a connection between your facility and the community at large with a focus on hospitals, Physicians, Medical Groups, Managed Care Providers, and the Senior Healthcare population. You will be called upon to create networks, track referral trends, identify internal and external barriers, and execute strategic and effective marketing plans that result in census building. This is a hands‑on position and will entail direct interaction with medical documentation, patient assessment, and effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. This is a salaried position with compensation depending on experience.
Creates and maintains effective markets for facility services by developing and sustaining referral relationships.
Supervises the marketing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
