We are excited to invite a dedicated and experienced Director of Buildings to join our team! Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for a Director of Buildings for our Families with Children facility located in the Williamsbridge area of Bronx, NY. In this role, you will play a pivotal leadership role within our organization, providing on-site leadership and supporting the Site Administrator and Associate Director of Facilities, who oversees HFH facilities, with day-to-day building operations. The Director of Buildings is responsible for leading the site’s maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring facility needs are addressed promptly and effectively, and serving as a key liaison between the site, Central Buildings, vendors, and HFH leadership. Since our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position requires flexibility to work varying hours as needed to support ongoing operations.
