Job summary

MediaTek is seeking a Director of BU and Segment Marketing for the US and Europe to own positioning and go‑to‑market for edge‑to‑cloud portfolio across Compute, Personal Devices, IoT, Automotive, and AI data centers. You will work with BU leaders, product management, and engineering to translate roadmaps into customer-focused narratives and launch plans.

You will lead the marketing team, coordinate with corporate communications, analyst relations, and events, and drive end-to-end campaigns,

Qualifications

12+ years in B2B technology marketing or Marcom
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong collaboration with BU, PM and engineering
Proven ability to shape launch and go-to-market plans
Experience across US & European markets
Excellent written/verbal communication with press/analysts

Responsibilities

Own BU and segment Marcom strategy across Compute, Personal Devices, IoT, AI data center
Partner with BU on roadmap, launches and customer evidence
Lead, coach and grow the marketing team across segments
Own end-to-end launch readiness: 360 planning, assets, events, web content
Maintain credible AI technology narrative across architectures
Engage with press, media and analysts and shape key external moments
Monitor market intelligence and translate into strategic POVs
