About the Role

The Director of Brand, Creative & Content is responsible for bringing the Teikametrics brand to life across content and creative. Working from the brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and ICP established by Marketing leadership, this role ensures everything we create is distinctive, consistent, relevant to our target audiences, and designed to attract new prospects.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role leads the creative and content function and partners closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a player-coach role for a leader with exceptional creative and editorial judgment who can set a high bar for the team while personally contributing to high-priority work.

What You'll Do
  • Translate Teikametrics' brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and ICP into a cohesive creative and content strategy.
  • Serve as a steward of the Teikametrics brand, ensuring content and creative consistently reflect established brand direction across channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop creative concepts, narratives, and content programs that make Teikametrics distinctive and relevant to our target audiences.
  • Own the editorial calendar and creative and content roadmap in alignment with GTM and business priorities.
  • Set and track performance KPIs across audience growth, engagement, organic traffic, demand creation, and pipeline impact.
Creative Direction
  • Lead the creative expression of the Teikametrics brand across campaigns, content, social, digital, video, events, and sales collateral.
  • Translate established brand strategy and guidelines into clear creative direction for internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Direct and elevate the Marketing Designer's work, providing strong creative briefs, feedback, and quality standards from concept through execution.
  • Ensure a cohesive brand experience across visual design, voice, storytelling, and content.
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy that reaches our ICP, builds brand authority, and contributes to demand and pipeline growth.
  • Identify differentiated ideas, stories, and formats that earn the attention of our target audiences.
  • Oversee content across written, visual, social, and video formats, including original research, articles, customer stories, landing pages, email, webinars, and video.
  • Serve as a hands-on writer and editor for high-priority content while directing freelancers, agencies, and internal contributors.
  • Use AI and other tools to increase the speed and scale of content development while maintaining quality, originality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Integrated Programs & Thought Leadership
  • Lead creative and content development for demand product launches, demand generation, SEO, events, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to develop content and creative that attracts new audiences and performs across paid, organic, social, and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to translate positioning, product capabilities, customer insights, and market trends into compelling stories and sales enablement.
  • Lead executive visibility and thought leadership through ghostwriting, social content, speaking opportunities, podcasts, original research, data storytelling, and video.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including a Marketing Designer, Social Media Specialist, Freelance Copywriter, and Freelance Video Producer.
  • Hire and manage freelance and agency resources as needed, and build workflows that improve creative and content quality, collaboration, and speed.
  • Own reporting on creative and content performance, connecting activity to meaningful marketing and business outcomes.
  • Use performance insights to continually improve topics, formats, channels, and creative approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience across brand, creative, and content, including at least 3 years leading teams of 2+ direct reports.
  • Proven experience building creative and content programs that strengthen brand presence and contribute to measurable business growth – and a portfolio supporting this.
  • Exceptional creative and editorial judgment, with the ability to translate brand strategy, positioning, and audience insights into distinctive execution.
  • Deep understanding of how to create content and creative that resonates with a defined ICP and attracts new audiences.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to personally contribute to high-impact work.
  • Strong executive presence and cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of how creative and content performance connects to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable using AI and emerging technologies to improve creative and content workflows.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment and balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.
