• PA Certification in Special Education or Visually Impaired K-12 is required.
• Supervisory or administrative certification preferred.
• Experience with Visually Impaired K-12 students is preferred.
• Administrative experience in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct program-level staff and ensure service delivery aligns with agency policies.
• Supervise personnel and ensure compliance with IEPs and special education regulations.
• Recruit, orient, and credential staff to ensure qualified service delivery.
• Lead professional development on instructional practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assign caseloads and oversee equitable, efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with schools, districts, and partners to improve learner outcomes.
