They're now hiring a Director of Business Operations - a key strategic operator who can help accelerate both internal transformation and customer-facing innovation, particularly through the deployment of AI. The Director of BizOps role is a unique position combining process improvement, technical thinking and hands-on execution, reporting directly into a senior executive leading go-to-market and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve key business processes across multiple departments
• Scope and deploy AI-based solutions that drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years post-grad experience in strategy, business operations or product
• Background in consulting and/or banking, combined with hands-on operator experience
• Exposure to financial services, fintech or payments industries preferred
• Strong understanding of emerging tech - especially AI - and its business applications
• Analytical, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
• High-agency, low-ego and motivated by making real impact
• Technically literate - you don't need to code, but you understand how things work
