Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 12+ years in pharma/biotech including methodological/innovation roles.
• Strong expertise in clinical trial design and modern statistical methodologies.
• Proven track record of developing or applying advanced statistical methods for drug development (e.g., adaptive designs, Bayesian methods).
• Experience mentoring statisticians and guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, development, evaluation, and application of innovative statistical methodologies for clinical development programs.
• Oversee methodological research and guide development of tools, algorithms, and analytic frameworks.
• Provide expert statistical consultation to clinical teams influencing program-level decisions.
• Shape statistical strategies for trial design and analysis, including decision frameworks and probability-of-success assessments.
• Serve as internal SME on advanced methodologies and advise cross-functional teams.
