Job summary

Ipsen, a mid-sized global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Director, Biostatistics to provide program-level statistical leadership in neuroscience assets. This role reports to the Senior Director of Biostatistics and is a senior contributor focused on designing, conducting, and analyzing development programs.

You will lead biostatistics deliverables, oversee CROs, and collaborate with regulatory agencies to defend development decisions using innovative methods across trials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a PhD, or 12+ years with an MS.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills across global teams.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and advisory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level biostatistician in cross-functional teams, authoring key documents.
• Provide strategic leadership within neuroscience programs and influence strategy.
• Oversee CROs and statistical service providers to ensure regulatory readiness.
