Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical and/or life sciences experience.
• At least 3 years of client-side data analytics, forecasting, market research or CI.
• Proven ability to translate research into strategic implications for brand performance.
• Thorough understanding of biopharmaceutical commercialization, including brand management and market access.
• Knowledge & experience in leading cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute primary market research and competitive intelligence plans.
• Track the Neuroscience learning agenda and ensure timely research delivery.
• Lead projects, coordinate logistics, materials, and deliverables.
• Present findings to leadership with clear visuals and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize insights and assess vendor performance.
• Act as a thought partner to brand teams, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Work with Integrated Insights and cross-functional partners across the brand and business.
• Develop and maintain a market intelligence repository for the Neuroscience team.
• Support launch readiness and inline brand performance measurement.
