Are you a strategic, detail-driven leader with a passion for streamlining billing operations, data systems, and financial reporting? Evidence-Based Associates (EBA) is seeking a Director of Billing and Data Services to lead a cross-functional team and support the financial infrastructure behind our mission-driven work.

In this fully remote role, you’ll collaborate with executive leadership, project directors, and client partners to oversee invoicing, fiscal analysis, and data systems that drive the delivery of evidence-based behavioral health programs. Key Responsibilities

• Fiscal Oversight & Billing: Lead monthly invoicing, quarterly financial reporting, and subcontractor budget monitoring across multiple projects.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform strategic analysis across systems and translate insights into actionable recommendations for scaling and improvement.
• System Integration & Automation: Maintain and automate internal databases and reporting systems using tools like Python or SQL; manage API integrations and vendor platforms.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a growing team of billing and data specialists and ensure timely, compliant execution of all fiscal operations.
• Contracts & Audits: Oversee vendor contracts, support compliance audits, and ensure accurate documentation for funders and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including fiscal oversight across multiple projects.
• Proven supervisory experience leading cross-functional remote teams.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with tools like Access, QuickBase, SharePoint, HubSpot, NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of scripting/automation tools (Python, SQL preferred).
• Familiarity with behavioral health systems, including electronic health records and evidence-based program models, is highly desirable.

Supervises: Senior Billing Specialist, Data Specialists, Atlas Data Director
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: Competitive, based on education and experience; may include performance-based incentives
