Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced beverage manager to oversee our cold brew operation. As the director, you will be responsible for managing the entire cold brew production process, designing schedules, working with customers, building and supporting SOPs, following SQF standards, and strategizing growth. Coffee or cold brew experience is not mandatory, but beverage manufacturing experience, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow are desired.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the entire cold brew production process, ensuring schedules are on track, customer satisfaction, and quality standards are met.
  2. Train and supervise a team in cold brew production and safety processes, providing guidance and support.
  3. Manage equipment and facilities, ensuring food safety, preventative maintenance, and planning for growth.
  4. Collaborate to develop new flavors and promote seasonal offerings.
  5. Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for uninterrupted supply of coffee beans and materials.
  6. Maintain clean and organized brewing equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  7. Create and understand SOPs and maintenance procedures for equipment.
  8. Will train in PCQI, SQF Practitioner, and forklift certification.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or in beverage production (coffee, beer, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality brews.
  • Strong leadership skills to train and supervise a team of 2-4 members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
