Job summary

The Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee community-based mental and behavioral health programs. This leadership role directs clinical services, treatment and recovery initiatives, and crisis intervention efforts to support tribal members and families.

The ideal candidate will hold a PsyD or MD in Psychiatry with extensive supervisory experience in coordinating treatment plans, ensuring service quality, and traveling to Seminole reservations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or equivalent in psychology or psychiatry.
• Extensive supervisory experience in mental health programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical services, treatment and recovery programs.
• Ensure quality of services and compliance with policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for at-risk families.
• Oversee transitional housing and therapeutic services for youth and families.
