Our platform streamlines the development cycle of AI applications, providing a suite of features for rapid prototyping, testing, deployment, observability, and model fine-tuning. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Director of B2B Sales for the North America region to lead our sales initiatives, focusing on high-value enterprises in finance, healthcare, and the public sector.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales Strategy:

  1. Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to generate and convert B2B leads in the North America region.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients in target industries, focusing on top-tier enterprises in tech, finance, healthcare, and the public sector.
  3. Conduct market analysis to tailor approaches for different sectors and optimize penetration.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  1. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  2. Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of clients, proposing customized solutions using Dynamiq's platform.
  3. Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to deal closure and post-sale support.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  1. Set and achieve regional sales targets, reporting progress and insights to senior management.
  2. Utilize CRM and sales management tools to track sales funnel and client engagement metrics.
  3. Analyze sales data to continuously refine and improve sales tactics and strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of B2B sales success, particularly in the North America region.
  2. Demonstrable experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions to large enterprises.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to understand complex technical products and convey their value to non-technical stakeholders.
