We're hiring a Director of Asset Management to oversee a utility-scale portfolio of solar, wind, thermal and storage assets across the MISO, ERCOT, and CAISO markets. Ideal for a strategic, market-savvy leader with a passion for clean energy operations.

This position can be based from either - San Francisco, Chicago or Austin.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize asset performance and financial results across all markets.
• Manage operators, OEMs, and service providers to ensure safety and compliance.
• Align asset strategies with market, trading, and risk teams.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and budget planning.
• Oversee ESG compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in power markets, including MISO, ERCOT, and/or CAISO.
• Experience managing renewable assets (solar, thermal, wind, storage).
• Knowledge of PPAs, merchant markets, and energy trading.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Finance (MBA preferred).
