Job summary

Lexington County School District One seeks a Director, Assessment and Accountability to provide leadership in assessing performance and in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and distributing data needed for accountability, program planning, and budget development.

The role oversees test administration, data management, and reporting; coordinates state assessment programs; supports district strategic plan evaluation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in educational leadership, curriculum, educational measurement, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a role requiring knowledge of educational measurement and accountability in K-12 education.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and accountability data collection, analysis, and reporting for district programs.
• Oversee test administration and data storage procedures.
• Provide leadership for district/state standardized testing programs and interpretation of results.
• Support district strategic plan evaluation and staff development in educational measurement.
• Supervise assessment, research, and evaluation staff.
