Job summary

Azori seeks a Director of Architecture Design to elevate design excellence across our luxury home portfolio. You will shape scalable design systems, reusable modules, pattern libraries, and standards aligned with buyer insights and market expectations.

Lead a team of architects (6–9), collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure designs are beautiful, buildable, and profitable from concept to execution while sustaining design intent and quality.

Qualifications

• WA and preferably AZ architectural licensure.
• 12+ years of architectural experience in residential construction or homebuilding.
• 7+ years leading architecture, design, product development, or engineering teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling architectural design vision with luxury appeal.
• Lead architecture design team and mentor engineers/drafters.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Operations to align goals.
• Ensure designs are feasible, buildable, and cost-effective.
