Qualifications

• Proven leadership across large-scale ERP transformations.
• Broad operational ERP experience across inventory, warehouse, order processing, supply chain, manufacturing/remanufacturing, sales, and finance.
• Strong program and change management to consolidate multiple businesses into a common operating model.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to build partnerships with executives and teams.
• Executive presence with potential to grow into broader technology leadership.",
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications strategy and execution during the transformation.
• Consolidate ERP environments into a common operating model.
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into technology initiatives.
• Support applications across sales, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Lead organizational and process changes for new enterprise systems.
• Integrate acquired businesses and scale processes and technology capabilities.
• Manage an applications team and plan growth as transformation progresses.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to deliver initiatives.
• Operate as a collaborative, business-focused technology leader.
• Support ERP modernization, e-commerce, data, cybersecurity initiatives.
• Establish governance and foundation to support increasing complexity.
