Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive AppSec, DevSecOps, and Cloud Security leadership in large scale enterprise environments
• Proven track record managing globally distributed teams and a layer of managers
• Deep familiarity with multi cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated security controls
• Strong organizational communication skills executive stakeholder engagement to grassroots engineering teams
• Experience defining security strategy, policy, and measurable metrics across an organization
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee AppSec, DevSecOps, and Cloud Security functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Mentor five direct reports (managers) and influence ~20 indirect contributors across security, engineering, and operations
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and audit teams to integrate security into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate program effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Represent the security organization in executive forums, vendor evaluations, and cross functional initiatives
