OneDigital is seeking a technically hands-on Director of Analytics to lead our analytics and data science function and to serve as product owner for OneDigital's proprietary AI-driven, web-based analytics platform. This is a builder-leader role with an enterprise mandate. You will own the platform's vision and roadmap, partner with regional and business-line stakeholders to decide which models and solutions get built, lead a team of four data scientists who build them, and set the broader data and analytics strategy. The platform's initial depth is in employee benefits, and you will be responsible for extending it across other OneDigital lines of business over time — building solutions and a data foundation designed to scale beyond any single practice. The ideal candidate comes from a healthcare brokerage or benefits consulting background and already speaks the language of the work — underwriting, IBNR, plan design modeling, contribution strategy, and financial projections. Equally important, you are technical and innovative: you understand the full lifecycle of building and shipping a web application, and you have used AI to turn spreadsheet-bound underwriting processes into scalable products. An ASA or FSA designation is not required.

We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
