Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Project Management in Risk Product AML to shape strategy and lead a team on high-priority AML and risk initiatives. You will coordinate across data domains within the Enterprise Risk Organization to standardize data for company-wide use and influence outcomes with key stakeholders.

You will guide projects from day one, collaborating with leaders to deliver measurable impact on regulatory compliance and business results, while navigating a complex, high-stakes

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of project management or process management experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Preferred PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large teams to drive complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while managing risk.
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers to drive delivery and provide strategic partnership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
