Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale technical programs.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and data engineering.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, MLOps, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with Pfizer Digital standards and enterprise architecture.
• Ensure engineering decisions support scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business objectives into technical plans.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers across full-stack, cloud, and UI disciplines.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet delivery timelines.
• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions meeting customer and product owner expectations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, diagrams, data flows, and specifications.
• Assess relationships with external technology vendors, cloud providers, and implementation partners.
