You will lead a multidisciplinary team, setting a bold vision and partnering with product, engineering, and data science to deliver intelligent services at global scale.

Formación

• 12+ years of product design experience with 4+ years leading design teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field.
• Expertise in customer servicing or CX with AI/ML-driven insights.
• Proven track record designing experiences that simplify complex information.
• Able to translate ambiguous opportunities into inspiring product experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the design direction for AI-powered servicing and CX experiences.
• Define how travelers get help, change trips, and view outcomes.
• Hands-on with high-fidelity design, prototyping, and systems thinking.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science leaders.
• Translate AI capabilities into human-centered experiences for millions.
• Establish and scale experience patterns and quality standards across brands.
• Influence design quality through critique, mentorship, and standards.
• Align servicing experiences with the company’s AI strategy and platform investments.
• Represent the traveler in senior forums to shape the future of servicing.
