Job summary

SurveyMonkey is seeking a Director of Product to own AI platform and data strategy end-to-end. You will set the vision for AI-native experiences, lead the platform that makes them possible, and translate 25+ years of feedback into a defensible advantage.

• Proven track record building an AI/ML platform at scale.
• Experience shipping agentic products with LLM-powered workflows.
• Strong data background with data as the product value proposition.
• Director-level PM leadership in high-growth or platform-transformation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for agentic and conversational surface areas.
• Own the AI/ML platform layer across products in partnership with data science teams.
• Define and execute a multi-phase strategy to turn data into a competitive advantage.
