Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, AI Network & Data Center Engineering to define strategy and deliver scalable, low‑latency network infrastructure that supports enterprise apps and AI/ML workloads. You will lead a high‑performing team, collaborate with cloud, platform, and cybersecurity leaders, and drive automation and IaC to improve reliability and efficiency.

This full‑time role includes budgeting, roadmap ownership, and the opportunity to shape AI‑driven digital transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership with people management.
• 5+ years in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies.
• Design and implement data center fabrics (leaf-spine, Clos, EVPN/VXLAN) and AI/GPU‑optimized networking.
• Oversee 24/7 network operations and lead incident response for high availability.
