Job summary

Escape Velocity Entertainment seeks an experienced AI/ML Director to lead research, development, and prototyping of AI/ML solutions for groundbreaking gaming experiences. You will oversee ML initiatives, evaluate generative AI opportunities, and translate team ideas into actionable plans while mentoring engineers and collaborating with directors.

The role emphasizes strong Python and C++ skills with ML frameworks, excellent communication, and up-to-date knowledge of AI models and industry

Qualifications

Must have senior AI/ML leadership experience.
Proficiency in Python and C++ with ML frameworks.
Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee ML bot research, development, and implementation.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to use generative AI across the production pipeline.
Gather AI-related ideas from teams and translate into actionable plans.
Drive execution of approved AI initiatives, prototypes, and workflow improvements.
Prototype local models trained on internal data.
Develop guidelines and best practices for agentic AI systems.
