Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Product Director to own the searcher experience for LoopNet in Arlington, VA. You will lead the Homepage, Search Results, and Listing Details product areas, directing two Product Managers and partnering with design and engineering leadership to deliver end-to-end excellence.

You will drive AI-enabled search, personalization, and KPI-driven decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with broker/owner sides of the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with leadership
• Experience owning multi-team product areas end-to-end
• Experience with consumer-facing, high-traffic search or marketplace products
• Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for end-to-end searcher experience
• Manage two Product Managers and align with design and engineering
• Collaborate with Senior Product Director to ensure coherent experience
• Define and drive AI features for search and discovery
• Set and track KPIs for search relevance, engagement, and conversion
• Partner with design and engineering to resolve cross-team tradeoffs
• Represent the searcher experience in cross-functional planning
• Coach and develop Product Managers on the team
