Job summary

Lumen Resources is seeking a senior engineering leader to head a team of experienced engineers, shaping strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable technology across the organization.

You will partner with product and business leaders to align priorities with company objectives, translate opportunities into roadmaps, and champion best practices in a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong technical background in modern software architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, or intelligent systems.
• Experience guiding technical strategy and bringing innovative solutions into production environments.
• Demonstrated success working across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and people-development skills.
