Job summary

PubMatic is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead the Agentic Platform and AI strategy. You’ll own the foundational capabilities that enable teams to build, evaluate, deploy, and operate production‑grade AI agents, while guiding customer‑facing AI experiences.

You will partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable products that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes across the open internet.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of Product Management experience, including 1–2 years leading technically complex Agentic platforms and production AI agents.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architecture, including concepts such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool use.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable products with measurable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PubMatic's shared AI and Agentic Platform, enabling teams across the company to build and operate production‑grade AI agents.
• Own platform capabilities including agent orchestration, model and tool integration, context and knowledge management, evaluation frameworks, observability, governance, and reusable agent infrastructure.
• Lead the strategy and development of publisher- and marketplace-facing AI experiences that transform complex marketplace data into actionable intelligence.
• Define clear success metrics across AI quality, customer adoption, task completion, business impact, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Build rigorous evaluation methodologies combining offline evaluation, golden datasets, LLM-based evaluation, human review, experimentation, and production telemetry.
• Own the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification and product strategy through requirements, experimentation, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
