Advisors Excel, LLC is seeking a Director of AE Insurance Solutions in Topeka, KS. This onsite role focuses on building a growing team, shaping sales strategy, and delivering direct insurance product support for participating advisors.

You will shape the foundation for long-term success through leadership, program development, and advisor engagement initiatives within AE Insurance Solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance or related sales.
• Proven success building relationships and driving sales results.
• Experience with Life Insurance, Annuities, Medicare, or similar products.
• Life and Health licenses or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day growth and success of AE Insurance Solutions.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on advisor engagement, client experience, and sales results.
• Create and execute sales strategies that increase advisor participation and drive growth across Insurance Solutions programs.
• Establish processes, workflows, and best practices that support consistent execution and scalable growth.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and become a trusted partner in helping them grow their insurance business.
• Serve as a visible leader and advocate for Insurance Solutions through advisor meetings, presentations, webinars, and events.
• Help launch and grow our Annuity Solutions Program, creating structure, processes, and advisor engagement strategies for long-term success.
• Monitor sales activity, advisor engagement and key performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Partner with teams across Advisors Excel to deliver a seamless experience for advisors and their clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance Insurance Solutions offerings to better serve advisors and support business growth.

Overview:

We're looking for someone who loves sales, knows what it takes to be successful, and is excited about the opportunity to make an impact on a larger scale. As the Director of Insurance Solutions, you'll have the chance to use your sales expertise to help shape strategy, develop a growing team, and influence the future of a new business offering within Advisors Excel.

AE Insurance Solutions is a new team within Advisors Excel that helps participating advisors better serve their clients through direct insurance product support. By working directly with consumers on behalf of advisors, our team helps manage leads, identify opportunities, provide guidance, and deliver solutions that support both client needs and advisor growth. As Director, you'll help build the foundation for the team's long-term success through sales strategy, advisor engagement, team development, and the launch of our Annuity Solutions Program.

Experience you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sales environment.
• Proven success building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales results.
• Experience working with Life Insurance, Annuities, Medicare, or similar insurance products.
• Strong ability to influence, motivate, and develop others.
• Demonstrated business and sales acumen with the ability to evaluate results and execute effective strategies.
• Experience creating processes, implementing structure, and driving accountability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Life and Health insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain.

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience building or leading an insurance sales, service, or call center team.
• Experience launching a new program, sales channel, or business offering.
• Experience working with Life Insurance, Medicare, and Annuity products.
