Reporting to the Executive Director, the role leads fundraising, outreach, and visibility efforts, building partnerships with clergy, volunteers, and donors while guiding data-driven strategies and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising/nonprofit leadership experience.
• Proven major gifts cultivation and donor stewardship.
• Strong strategic communications and marketing experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and leadership with senior teams.
• Experience with CRM management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving.
• Build and steward donor relationships with supporters and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clergy and volunteers to foster philanthropy.
• Develop TBJ's strategic communications and marketing vision.
• Set annual goals, priorities, and metrics; measure outcomes.
