Job summary

The Bridge Church is seeking a passionate, strategic Director of Adult Discipleship to lead Life Groups across campuses, develop discipleship pathways, and oversee systems that help people take next steps in their relationship with Jesus. You will recruit and coach Life Group leaders, develop curriculum, and oversee assimilation and baptism processes.

You will also manage discipleship resources, coordinate events and leadership development, and serve on the Pastoral Team to advance church health

• Proven leadership ability with experience in developing and empowering volunteers.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relational abilities.
• Passion for discipleship, leadership development, and Christian community.
• Ministry leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, and administrative oversight for the Life Group ministry across all campuses.
• Recruit, equip, coach, and support Life Group leaders and volunteer teams.
• Develop and manage discipleship systems, processes, communication, and reporting.
• Create discussion guides, curriculum, and discipleship resources aligned with church teaching.
• Oversee baptism, membership, and next steps processes, ensuring effective assimilation and follow-up.
• Provide leadership for adult ministry groups, including Married People, Mom's Group, and ROAR.
• Plan and coordinate ministry events, launches, trainings, and leadership development opportunities.
• Serve as a member of the Pastoral Team, contributing to church-wide ministry, leadership, and pastoral care.
