Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital in Marysville, WA is seeking a Director of Adolescent Programming to lead the unit, shape patient care, and guide an interdisciplinary team of RNs, MHTs, Providers, and Therapists.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or a related mental health field, WA licensure, 3 years in a psychiatric facility, CPR and CPI training within 60 days, and a strong commitment to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or clinical mental health; WA state license.
• Three years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
• CPR certification and CPI training within 60 days of employment.
• Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission /CMS, OSHA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop continuity of care and communication system with patients.
• Implement program policies and procedures meeting regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and evaluate treatment planning.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

• Education & Licensure: Master’s Degree specializing in social work or a clinical related mental health area, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed in Social Work or Clinical related mental health area issued by the State of Washington.
• Experience: Three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
• Additional Skill Requirements: CPR certification and CPI training within 60 days of employment. Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission /CMS, OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is up to $110,000 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Director od Adolescent Programming!
