Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with databases/spreadsheet software.
• Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for admissions events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for admissions inquiries (web, email, phone, and walk-ins).
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and informative introduction to the school's mission, culture, and classical curriculum.
• Maintain regular, personalized follow-up with prospective families throughout the admissions lifecycle.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students; plan major admissions events (Open Houses, Information Nights, Preview Days).
• Manage the school’s admissions software/database to track applicant data, status, and touchpoints; oversee processing of applications and enrollment agreements.
• Collaborate with Head of School and admissions committee to review files and make admissions decisions.
• Represent the school at local community events, preschools, and churches to build a referral network; engage current families to foster hospitality.
