The Goddard School at Avalon Rd & Porter Rd Winter Garden, FL 34787 is seeking a passionate and proactive School Director to oversee daily operations, support a team of educators and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families. As Director, you’ll uphold brand and licensing standards, lead staff development, implement our Wonder of Learning curriculum and build strong school-family-community relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.

• Leadership and Administration: Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the community.
