Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mathematics or related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years actuarial experience.
• SOA Associate or Fellow designation.
• Leadership experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Five (5) years provider contracting analysis experience is preferred.
• Programming experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the network analytics infrastructure for total cost of care.
• Support negotiation strategy with modeling and analyses for contracts.
• Price and quantify impact of provider tiering and network changes.
• Develop network strategy tools with contracting and delivery teams.
• Translate actuarial concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Guide development of actuarial models to meet business needs.
• Model and price innovative benefit designs leveraging network strategy.
