Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field and SOA credential.
• Minimum eight years actuarial experience with leadership exposure.
• Direct experience with provider contracting and network analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics infrastructure to support total cost of care and contract analysis.
• Support negotiation strategy by modeling and presenting analyses for contracts.
• Price and quantify impact of provider tiering and network innovations.
• Collaborate on network strategy with contracting and delivery teams.
• Translate actuarial concepts into actionable recommendations and standards.
• Define framework for actuarial models to meet business needs.
• Model and price innovative benefit designs leveraging network strategy.
