Director of Activities and Life Enrichment - Assisted Living

This is a full-time position, 32 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based on needs. You may need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays due to activity planning. Occasionally, you will go on outings and organize fun activities for residents.

Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train those eager to learn. Must have computer skills and be creative.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Planning, implementing, and assisting with resident activities
  2. Following all regulatory requirements
  3. Managing inventory of supplies and ordering accordingly
  4. Communicating with residents' families, volunteers, and the community
  5. Planning offsite activities and driving the facility bus

Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
