Director of Acquisitions - Medical Office

RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, is recruiting for a Director of Acquisitions for a Medical Office / Health Care investment firm. The firm is very well-funded and has an incredible track record. This is a heavy sourcing and uncovering leads role focusing on states in the southern half of the U.S. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone! Although they have offices in Newport Beach and Chicago, this person will work remotely with travel to visit assets as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close medical office related assets, typically $3-20M.
  • Cold call and network with brokers, owners, and other third parties to procure marketed or off-market deals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions or broker transactions.
  • Knowledge of medical office, health care, or veterinarian real estate.
  • Knowledge of local markets, brokers, and contacts.
  • Strong financial understanding of what makes a good deal.
