Job summary

InSite Group is seeking a highly motivated Director of Acquisitions & Development to identify, evaluate, acquire, capitalize, and advance new real estate development opportunities. • Strong financial modeling, underwriting, capitalization, negotiation, and transaction execution skills.

• Strong market relationships and ability to independently source opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate acquisition and development opportunities.
• Underwrite opportunities, including financial returns, development costs, market fundamentals, zoning, and development potential.
• Prepare comprehensive business plans, financial analyses, and deal presentations for internal review and capital partners.
• Develop and execute capitalization strategies, including debt, equity, and joint-venture structures, and coordinate with lenders and capital partners.
• Lead due diligence and drive transactions through negotiation, capitalization and successful closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, capital partners, and other market participants.
