Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• 4+ years of management experience
• US government contracting experience (FARS, DFARS) is required
• Advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Offer leadership and guidance to the accounting team
• Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Assist with managing payroll, accounts receivable, tax reporting, and stock option administration
• Enhance processes and frameworks to strengthen financial and regulatory risk management and ensure compliance across the organization
• Partner with the FP&A team to develop scalable solutions for generating and analyzing accounting data
• Conduct financial due diligence and analysis to support company financing activities
• Provide financial and strategic insights to the CFO, Controller, and FP&A team
• Offer strategic recommendations to the Controller and executive leadership
• Assist with external financial and government audits
