PACE Staffing Alternatives is seeking an accomplished finance leader to oversee month-end and year-end closes, lead a team of about 10 accounting professionals, and deliver executive-level reporting for senior leadership and governance committees.

This role guides integration of acquired entities, manages treasury, cash flow, and revenue cycle, partners with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, and drives process improvements, internal controls, and GAAP compliance across the

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
• Public accounting and/or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, treasury operations, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems and accounting technology.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop accounting professionals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
