Beacon Hill Staffing Group is partnered with a Family Office in Manhattan seeking a Director of Accounting to join their team. This role blends finance and accounting and will own the workload across multiple entities, reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with the Senior Accountant.

We are currently partnered with a Family Office in Manhattan who is looking for a Director of Accounting to join their team. This hire will report into the Head of Operations and work closely with the Senior Accountant. This position is a mix of finance and accounting and you should be prepared to own the workload, not just delegate tasks, as this is a multi-entity and complex family office environment.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience within a family office environment. A Bachelor's degree is required and a CPA is preferred. They use Sage Intacct for the accounting, so experience with that software is highly preferred. They require 5 days onsite and are offering a competitive salary and strong benefits.
